In the highly unlikely event that the 4SIX platform experiences unexpected downtime, all active bets remain fully valid. Your bet data is stored on secure, redundant servers and is not affected by any temporary frontend outage.
Once the platform is restored, you will be able to view the full status of all bets placed before the outage in your Bet History section. Any winnings from bets that settled during downtime will be automatically credited to your account. If you believe a bet was not settled correctly following an outage, contact our support team with your bet reference number and we will investigate promptly.
